Refund/Return Policy

Effective Date: September 25, 2025

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review the following refund guidelines:

1. Merchandise

  • Eligible Returns: Unworn, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Opened CDs/vinyl, digital downloads, and limited-edition signed items are all final sale, non-refundable.

  • Process: To request a return, contact us at contact@malmsteenmgmt.com. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

2. Digital Downloads & Streaming

  • All digital music, video, and other downloadable content is non-refundable once delivered.

  • If you experience technical issues, please contact us for troubleshooting or replacement access.

3. Tickets & Events

  • Ticket sales are final unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.

  • Refunds for canceled events will be processed through the original ticketing provider.

  • Refunds for canceled/rescheduled events are subject to the ticketing provider’s terms.

4. Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund before shipment or digital release.

  • Once shipped or delivered, standard return rules apply.

5. Annual Memberships & Subscriptions

  • All membership and subscription fees (including annual fan club memberships) are non-refundable.

  • Membership benefits (exclusive content, early access, discounts, or community features) are available for the full subscription term regardless of usage.

  • By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds or partial credits will be issued for unused time or early cancellation.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds (for eligible items only) will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days from approval of refund.
